Information Management System for Sugarcane Breeding

چکیده
サトウキビ育種では，毎年大量のデータが収集されている．これらのデータを利活用し，育種を高度化することが求められている．本稿では，育種試験において設定される試験区と，各試験区においてサトウキビが栽培される場所を栽培区画とする．そのうえで，栽培区画が持つ位置情報と試験データを統合させるためにGISを活用する．またこの位置情報は，RTK-GNSSを用いてGIS上に高い精度で配置する．こうした育種試験情報は，日常的に持ち歩けるモバイル端末での利用が有効なため，（1）Android端末で稼働するQFieldを利用する方法と，（2）QGISのデータをWebで利用可能なファイルに変換する方法を紹介する．
